ADDING YOUR COMPANY'S WEB PAGE:


When you open the app for the first time, you will need to enter the URL (web address) for your company's Workforce TNA.


        You will need to ask your supervisor for that.


Typically, the URL will follow the format - yourcompany.workforcetna.com.au

        
        It may have some numbers at the end, which you will need to enter.


You will need to enter that URL here - 



NOTE: You only need to enter the URL once, as the app will save that information for you.

LOGGING IN WITH YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD:


You will then need to log in as an app user.


        You will need:


                    1. Your payroll number


                    2. The default password (typically this is set to 1234)

                        If that doesn't work, ask your supervisor for your password.

Tap on Login to complete the log in process.

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD:

When you log in for the first time, you may be prompted to change your password.



Your new password must be at least 7 characters long and contain an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, plus a number.


You can also change your password at any time by going to 

Change Password in the menu -

ALLOWING LOCATION:


You may also be prompted to Allow Location.


    This must be allowed on your device if you are using remote clocking.


            Allowing location will add a Google Maps location to your remote clocking.
